The TMCS article states:

It is with profound sadness that I write to you this morning. We recently learned of a devastating tragedy that has deeply affected our community. Three of our former TMCS students were involved in a fatal car accident that resulted in their untimely deaths.

At times like these, it is difficult to find the right words to express the depth of our grief and the impact of such a loss. Our sincere condolences go out to the families and friends of the victims and we share in their grief at this incredibly difficult time.

We understand that news like this can be deeply upsetting and affect each of us in different ways. Please remember that you can all get help. Our counselling services are open to anyone who needs to talk or seek support. Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you need help or someone to confide in.

As a community, it is important that we come together and support one another. If we can support their families in any way, we will keep you updated and included in these efforts.

Let us keep the memory of those we have lost in our hearts and continue to give strength and compassion to those around us.

Sincerely,

Shane Martin, Ph.D., CSCS
