According to a statement from investigators, the GBI charged Colin Gray with four counts of manslaughter, two counts of second-degree murder and eight counts of child abuse. The charges stem from Colin Gray knowingly allowing his son to possess a gun, according to GBI Director Chris Hosey.

Barrow County Sheriff Jud Smith said the nine other people injured in the shooting will make a full recovery.
