Commanders suspend leader after undercover video shows him making derogatory remarks

The Washington Commanders suspended a manager on Wednesday after an undercover video caught him making derogatory remarks about the team, players, managers and NFL fans.

Rael Enteen, vice president of content at Commanders, was apparently on a date with a woman from James O’Keefe’s media company and was secretly filmed.

“The language used in the video is contrary to our values at the Commanders organization,” the team said in a statement to Fox News Digital. “We have suspended the employee pending an internal investigation and will refrain from further comment at this time.”

Enteen touched on various topics about the Commanders and the NFL.

“Over 50% of our membership is either white or religious, and God says, ‘Fuck the gays.’ Another large portion are very low-income African-Americans who come from a community that is inherently very homophobic,” he said in the video.

Enteen goes on to describe some players as “dumb as hell” and some fans as “high school alcoholics” and “mouth breathers.”

The executive also said that Dallas Cowboys team owner Jerry Jones “really runs the NFL” and that the billionaire “hates gays and blacks.” He also called NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell a “$50 million puppet.”

Neither the Cowboys nor the NFL immediately responded to Fox News Digital’s requests for comment.

Enteen said his job as vice president of content is to “sell hope to fans,” even when there is none.
